Policies at Zealous Flairs :

We believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!  

ALERT: Due to COVID-19 packages may take longer to arrive than usual. 

Return Policy: We offer free returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchases.

  • Returned items MUST have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. 

  • Returned items must have NO visible signs of wear or use. 

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.  This includes accessories and stockings. 

Shipping Options: We offer standard and express shipping.

  • We currently ONLY ship within the US.  

  • Orders are shipped Monday - Friday

  • Standard Shipping is shipped within 3-7 business days.      (Please note delivery arrival date goes by the package shipped date. Processing dates are not included.)                   

  • Express Shipping is Processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.                            (Estimated range is provided at checkout based on your zip code)    

  • Local Delivery can be shipped the same day (If the order is placed by 9 A.M.) or Next Day delivery will be offered.
